We call this Early “Codicote” Involvement, as an alternative to Early Contractor Involvement.

Codicote is then able to advise on any potential difficulties in bringing a project out of the ground. When it comes to design, we facilitate introductions with industry professionals to build the right team of trusted disciplines tailored to each project. We conduct design reviews for completeness and coordination and to identify any missed opportunities. These design reviews are the key to avoiding cost and programme blowouts.

The other essential tool for the success of a project is cost planning – the map to smooth project implementation. Working alongside your appointed QS, our valuable critique, buildability and constructability inputs ensures a tailored cost plan with improved accuracy.
