Project Profile

The Main Production Building (MPB) Security Works Project involved the upgrade of security measures at the Craigieburn note printing and note issue facility.

For security and confidentiality reasons, no details of this project can be provided.

The requirements of the Reserve Bank of Australia, as our client, demanded the highest level of security and confidentiality.

Codicote was engaged as Client Project Manager toward the end of the design phase on this project; we worked closely with stakeholders, industry, Note Printing Australia, the Reserve Bank of Australia, to deliver the project under difficult and restrictive design, procurement, and construction processes.

Codicote project managed the procurement and the construction delivery phases of each of the stages including Head contractor, Specialist Subcontractors, and other Contractors.
