Codicote has been engaged by Landream to provide Project Management and Superintendent Services, including Design Management, Procurement Management and Defects Management for Hurstmon.
Hurstmon is a collection of 39 premium residences located in Malvern East, VIC, with each of the one, two or three-bedroom apartments boasting luxurious design, architecture and landscaping. The development consists of four above-ground residential levels and two below-ground car parking levels, including the installation of unique vertical rammed earth columns that will line the front and west facade of the building.
Commencing construction in July, Hurstmon, located on a 1,790sqm site at 3 Hurstmon Street in Malvern East, is set to generate work for over 450 local contractors during the construction programme.
Known for their opulent and high-end developments, Landream brings its experience and expertise to Hurstmon’s boutique collection of homes. Ground floor apartments feature immaculately landscaped courtyards that transform the internal living spaces into spacious entertaining areas, while those on the upper levels have expansive balconies.
The apartments will include double glazing, ducted heating and cooling systems, timber flooring and stone kitchen benchtops.
