Developed by the UEM Group, this new building has a direct connection to the Melbourne Central train station.

The Codicote Planning team were appointed by tendering contractor Lend Lease to prepare the design and construction programme for the development during the bid phase.
The role involved reviewing construction logistics considerations and the constraints and timings involved with a staged handover strategy.
