This project involves the demolition of an existing 9-storey car park building and the design and construction of a 92 storey (286m tall) residential and mixed use building.

Developed by the UEM Group, this new building has a direct connection to the Melbourne Central train station.

This inspiring integrated development combines stunning residential apartments and lavish residents-only amenities with a destination hotel/serviced apartment, strata office suites and unique retail offerings.

The Codicote Planning team were appointed by tendering contractor Lend Lease to prepare the design and construction programme for the development during the bid phase.

The role involved reviewing construction logistics considerations and the constraints and timings involved with a staged handover strategy.
