The Codicote planning team were appointed by the main contractor during the tender process to prepare the tendered design and construction programme, site logistics plans and construction methodology.
The project involved constructing in challenging geotechnical conditions and traffic management considerations were a central part of the understanding of the project.
The mixed use development also had varying structure and finishes requirements depending on the planned final use of each of the separated parts of the building.
The development requirement was to handover the building in three distinct stages which involved considerable pre-planning to test and achieve this strategy.
